More Than a Night Out: Why We Love What Earlybirds Is Building
Some partnerships make sense because of what you do. Others make sense because of what you believe. For Revel Road and Earlybirds Club, it is both. Earlybirds is reimagining the night out for women and gender-expansive people with dance parties built around connection, music and the freedom to let loose, all from 6 to 10 p.m. It is nostalgic in the best way, welcoming by design and made for the lives people are actually living now.
The Kind of Experience People Come Back For
What mattered most was that the glitter bar never felt dropped into the event. It matched the energy already there and gave guests another reason to stop, participate and share the moment.
That matters for recurring community events and pop-ups. The best experiences do not have to compete with what people came for. They become part of the reason people remember it, talk about it and want to come back.
Earlybirds is built around friendship, joy and showing up exactly as you are. Revel Road gets to bring a little of that same freedom to the mirror.
What began as a one-time trade activation has opened the door to doing more together, with plans taking shape to make Revel Road part of future Earlybirds experiences.
Pam Zapotosky, Earlybirds' Head of Marketing & Community, ran the Phoenix party and brought Revel Road in to style the room. She says they would work with Revel Road again “in a heartbeat.” The feeling is mutual.

Who are these birds?
Earlybirds Club was co-founded in 2024 by Laura and Susie, who reconnected at their 30th high school reunion and bonded over music, dancing, connection and a healthy respect for sleep.
Their mission: give women and gender-expansive people a place to dance the early evening away, without the late-night drama, judgment or creeps. Susie passed away in 2025, and her spirit lives on in every smiling face and euphoric singalong. Ten percent of the proceeds from every party goes to a local nonprofit that uplifts women.
