Two Women, A Whole Lot of Yes!
Revel Road started the way most good things do: with a yes that arrived before the plan did.

The first yes
One event, one van, and a station built the night before. We said yes to something we hadn't done at that scale yet, then spent every hour until doors making sure it looked like we had.
What we learned fast
Guests don't want to be sold to. They want to be taken care of. Every operational decision we've made since — the artist training, the aftercare, the pacing of a station — traces back to that.
Where it's going
More cities, more artists, and the same rule we started with: if it isn't a moment worth marking, we don't put our name on it.
